Las Cruces NM – August 14, 2025 – The New Mexico Construction Alliance (NMCA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Roxanne Livingston as its new Executive Director. The announcement was made during NMCA’s quarterly luncheon on Thursday August 14th.
Livingston brings more than 17 years of business leadership experience in Southern New Mexico. She is the owner of Livingston Bridal and serves as the event manager at The Blue Door Venue, both located in the Mesilla-Las Cruces area. She holds a Masters Degree in Hotel Restaurant & Tourism Management from NMSU.
“Roxanne’s dedication to the community and her strong business acumen make her an excellent fit to lead NMCA into its next chapter,” said Steve Montanez, who has been serving in an interim capacity during the search for a permanent director. “Her proven leadership and commitment to her clients are exactly what our organization needs as we continue to grow and support New Mexico’s construction industry.”
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Livingston is known for her community service, including volunteer work with non profits Toys for Tots in Las Cruces and serving two terms as Mrs. New Mexico.
As Executive Director, Livingston will focus on leading the Alliance’s strategic initiatives, enhancing member engagement, events, and advocating on behalf of construction industry professionals and businesses throughout New Mexico.
