A structure fire damaged a mobile home at the intersection of Elks Drive and Engler Road Wednesday morning.
According to the Las Cruces Fire Department, firefighters were called to the fire about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
Upon arrival crews found an abandoned single wide mobile home on fire. The fire was brought under control within minutes. The home was searched and found to be unoccupied.
No injuries were reported. Damage estimates are under review and the cause of the fire is being investigated.
