New Non Emergency

MVRDA Reporting from MVRDA Launches Non-Emergency Online Reporting Platform

The Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Authority has announced the launch of a new online reporting system for non-emergency incidents.

The new system is designed to streamline the process of reporting non-emergency incidents, offering residents a convenient and efficient way to report non-emergencies and request law enforcement, animal control or code enforcement response.

Community members can now file reports from the comfort of their own homes or from the convenience of their cellular phones, at any time.

Key features of the online reporting system include:

• 24/7 Accessibility: Report non-emergency incidents at any time, from anywhere.

• User-Friendly Interface: Easy-to-navigate platform for quick and simple reporting.

• Immediate Confirmation: Receive instant confirmation number upon submission.

Types of incidents that can be reported through the online system include, but are not limited to:

• Lost property

• Vandalism

• Minor theft

• Animal complaints

• Illegal dumping

• Other non-emergencies not in progress

“We are excited to offer this new service to our community,” said MVRDA Executive Director Jennifer Gorham. “The online reporting system is part of our ongoing commitment to improve accessibility and efficiency in our operations. It allows us to better serve the public by providing a convenient option for non-emergency reporting, which in turn helps us allocate our resources more effectively.”

Residents are encouraged to visit www.mvrda.org to access the online reporting system and to learn more about which types of incidents qualify for online reporting.

For emergencies or incidents requiring immediate law enforcement, fire or medical response, individuals should continue to call 911.
