An upcoming Post Malone concert in El Paso appears to be canceled after the artist announced he is delaying his stadium tour and shared an updated list of tour dates that no longer includes the city.
Post Malone announced on Instagram that he is pushing back his upcoming tour by about three weeks, citing the need to finish new music before hitting the road.
In a statement shared to his Instagram Stories on Friday, May 1, the artist said that after reviewing the schedule following Stagecoach, a country music festival held in California, it became clear that the tour timeline “isn’t really lining up.” He said he had promised fans new music but did not have enough time to complete it before the tour began.More: Fit Fam El Paso will not share BTS updates at ARMY’s request

“We ain’t ready for tour just yet, so I’m making the decision to push the tour back about 3 weeks to get this music done,” he wrote.
According to the El Paso Times, Post Malone shared an updated tour poster for his “Big Ass Stadium Tour,” featuring Jelly Roll and Carter Faith. The updated list of dates no longer includes an El Paso stop, which had appeared on earlier versions of the tour schedule circulated online.

The Ticketmaster sales page for the El Paso concert lists the event as canceled. The page states that refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method once funds are received from the event organizer and should appear within 14 to 21 days. According to the notice, if tickets are transferred, refunds will go to the fan who originally purchased them.
