Ella Langley Cancels Tulsa Show Due to Bomb Threat

Ella Langley canceled her Friday, October 9, 2026 concert at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma due to a “serious security threat”. Local authorities later specified that the scare was caused by a called-in bomb threat. Although the Tulsa Police Department swept the venue with bomb-detection dogs and found no credible threat, Langley’s team ultimately decided to call off the sold-out show under the advisement of local authorities and her security staff to avoid putting anyone in harm’s way.

The following night, on Saturday, October 10, 2026, Langley addressed the situation during her performance at the United Supermarkets Arena in Lubbock, Texas.

What She Said in Texas

  • On Priorities & Fan Safety: Langley became visibly emotional on stage and told the audience, “When it comes to keeping you safe and making sure that this show is a safe place for us to come and enjoy our music, then it will happen. But the second it feels like it will not, I’m not doing it. I’m not doing it because a concert’s not worth a human life. It’s not.”
  • On Not Living in Fear: She admitted she initially considered canceling the Texas show as well, but chose to move forward out of faith. Pointing up toward Heaven, she remarked, “I felt this calling and this tug in my chest that said, ‘It’s okay. We are safe. We can do this show.’ And I decided to, because of Him right there, and that’s the only reason.”
  • On What Truly Matters: She reminded her audience that “what’s the most important thing in this life is the people around you that love you and that are there for you no matter what.”
