Nothing was coming between this man and his gordita crunch, not even the long arm of the law.
New Orleans police recently arrested a man who is accused of climbing through a Taco Bell takeout window armed with an intense appetite and a gun, WGNO reports.
Delton Montrell Hunter’s trip to Taco Bell last week started innocently enough, going through the drive-thru lane to order a late-night nibble. But Hunter was on foot, not in a vehicle, which is against company policy. When staff informed him they couldn’t take his order, he became agitated, according to the New Orleans Police Department.
Thinking outside the bun, Hunter climbed through the drive-thru window armed with a gun and demanded that someone whip up his order. But the staff, in either an act of courage or foolishness, again refused to comply. With his queso quest crumbling like a tortilla chip, Hunter left the restaurant, though it’s not clear if he used the window or the door this time.
Tacobout a bad idea.
